8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Your call will be answered by the first available technical service representative (TSR).

5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Your call will be returned by a remote technician. A remote technician is a TSR who uses a PRC product. They are fully trained and excited to talk with you. We have two remote technicians. David Chapple is from Ohio and Anthony Arnold is from North Dakota.
